Refund Policy

1. General Statement

Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are limited and not guaranteed, particularly once an eSIM has been delivered or activated. We encourage customers to read all device compatibility instructions carefully before purchasing.

2. No Refund After Activation

Once an eSIM has been scanned, installed, or used to access data, it is considered activated and non-refundable. This includes cases where only partial data was used.

3. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered under the following conditions:

  • The eSIM could not be delivered within 24 hours after successful payment
  • The device is verified as eSIM-compatible and unlocked, but the eSIM fails to connect, and our technical support team is unable to resolve the issue
  • Duplicate orders placed by mistake (and not activated)

4. Ineligible Refund Situations

No refund will be issued in cases including (but not limited to):

  • Device is locked or not compatible with eSIM
  • Incorrect region or plan selection
  • User’s lack of understanding of how eSIM works
  • Change of travel plans or cancellation of trip
  • Incomplete installation due to user error

5. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Device model and IMEI
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Screenshots or diagnostic results, if available

Our support team will review the case and respond within 3–5 business days.

6. Chargebacks

We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback requests that do not comply with our stated refund policy. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account termination.
