1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of all services provided by Prime Code, including the purchase and use of eSIM data plans and access to our website and platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Definitions
- eSIM: An embedded SIM card that is digitally downloaded and installed on a compatible device.
- User/Customer: Any individual or entity who accesses our website or purchases our services.
- Activation: The moment the eSIM connects to a supported network and starts consuming data.
3. Eligibility
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. By using our services, you warrant that your use complies with local laws and that your device is both eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked.
4. Service Scope
Prime Code offers prepaid data plans through eSIM technology. We do not provide voice, SMS, or emergency calling services unless otherwise stated. Network availability may vary based on the selected plan, location, and roaming agreements with local providers.
5. Device Compatibility
It is the user’s sole responsibility to ensure that their device supports eSIM functionality and is unlocked. We provide a compatibility guide, but do not guarantee performance on unsupported or unverified devices. No refunds are issued for user errors related to device incompatibility.
6. eSIM Delivery & Installation
eSIMs are delivered via email and/or customer dashboard, usually within minutes of payment. Installation is done through a QR code or manual input. Customers must follow the instructions carefully. Improper installation may result in data loss or non-functionality.
7. Data Usage & Expiry
Each data plan has a specific validity period and data limit. Usage begins when the eSIM first connects to the network. Unused data expires at the end of the plan duration. Extensions or carry-overs are not supported unless explicitly stated.
8. Fair Usage Policy
Our plans are intended for regular, personal use. Excessive usage, tethering abuse, or suspicious activity may lead to data throttling, temporary suspension, or permanent termination without refund.
9. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. Any unauthorized use should be reported to us immediately.
10. Limitation of Liability
Prime Code is not liable for:
- Network downtime caused by third-party carriers
- Loss of connectivity in remote or unsupported areas
- Incorrect user actions leading to service issues
- Incompatibility with specific apps, devices, or systems
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
